During my recent stay at Fortune Inn Haveli, I had an incredible experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Suman who assisted us during check-in. The hotel itself was lovely, with spacious and clean rooms. The service provided was exceptional and truly added value to my stay. The buffet breakfast and dinner at the dining room were delicious, and the staff was attentive and provided table service. The overall experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room I was initially assigned had a strong odor that lingered throughout my stay. the cleaning staff did not consistently refill the toiletries and towels.

The breakfast spread was great, with a good variety of options. Swati at the reservation desk was very helpful. Devendra, Sudipta, Suman, Asif, Rajesh. The food was delicious and the rooms were spacious with all necessary amenities.

Poor Housekeeping and Noisy Rooms the housekeeping was not up to par, as we found several items left from previous guests in our room. the noise level in the room was also quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
